HOW DO I PICK UP MY FESTIVAL WRISTBAND?
You may exchange your printed or mobile ticket for a wristband at our BOX OFFICE or at the DOOR of any event. Bring your valid government issued ID for proof of purchase.
WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE LOCATED?
The BOX OFFICE is on the DECK at the QUEEN KAPIOLANI HOTEL at our welcome event on FRIDAY 4pm to 9pm and poolside SATURDAY 1pm to 3pm.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE BOX OFFICE BEFORE THE EVENT?
We HIGHLY recommend you pick up your wristband at the BOX OFFICE for ease and rapid entry at events, however if you are unable to do so you may exchange your printed or mobile ticket for a wristband at the door of your first event.
I AM A KAMA’AINA TICKET HOLDER. DO I NEED TO GO TO THE BOX OFFICE TO PICK UP MY WRISTBAND?
You may exchange your printed or mobile ticket for a wristband at the door of any event however we do suggest you attend our Welcome Event!
**NOTE: Kama’aina ticket holders must have VALID HAWAII ID as PROOF OF HAWAII RESIDENCY or will be required to pay the difference for mainland ticket pricing.
I AM A SINGLE DAY PASS HOLDER. WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBAND?
You may visit the BOX OFFICE at our WELCOME EVENT or you may exchange your printed or mobile ticket for a single day wristband at the door of any event.
I CANNOT FIND MY TICKET AND/OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
You may log into your TIXR or EVENTBRITE to request your confirmation email be resent. Alternatively simply bring your ID and CREDIT CARD used to purchase the ticket to the BOX OFFICE.
WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE AT THE VARIOUS EVENTS?
Food will be available for purchase a la carte at the Queen Kapiolani DECK Friday to Monday, SWELL POOL BAR Saturday, HULAS Saturday, BUHO Sunday and RUMFIRE Monday.
***A $40 PER PERSON SET MENU ONLY is available FRIDAY evening at the Queen Kapiolani LEAHI LANAI and MONDAY afternoon at LA MARIANA. These meals are included for VIP PASS holders. If you plan on dining at either of these events and are not a VIP PASS holder YOU MUST PURCHASE A MEAL TICKET ONLINE or at the BOX OFFICE. Meal tickets will only be sold onsite if quantities are available so please purchase in advance if you think you may get hungry!
HOW CAN I UPGRADE TO VIP?
VIP upgrades are available for purchase on a case-by-case basis at the BOX OFFICE and DOOR of every event.
ARE EVENTS 18+ OR 21 AND OVER?
Events are designated 18+ or 21 and over on the festival schedule and on our website.
***ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID.
Any underage individuals found or suspected of consuming alcohol at an event will be removed with their festival wristband revoked. NO REFUNDS will be issued.
WILL THERE BE TABLE OR BOTTLE SERVICE AT THE EVENTS?

WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR FOR SINGLE EVENTS?
Door tickets will be sold as available on a first come basis. We highly suggest you pre-purchase tickets to guarantee entry. TICKET and PASS HOLDERS will receive preferential entry at all events.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET BETWEEN THE EVENTS?
Daytime events and activities are a few blocks walking distance within Waikiki. Be eco-conscious and WALK or BIKI bike share. Bike racks are now located all over Honolulu. Uber or Lyft are also available for 10-15 minute rides to ARTISTRY, PURE and LA MARIANA SAILING CLUB on Monday afternoon. Parking is also available at those locations. WHAT ARE THE VENUE ADDRESSES?
All event locations and addresses are on individual flyers, Facebook events and on our website. All venues are easily locatable on MAPS apps.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENTS?
Please bring the following to all events:
Government issue ID
Cash or credit card
All Are Welcome attitude! We ask you to embrace our ethos and respect the venues, attendees and environment when attending all E Komo Mai Events.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENTS?
There is no dress code at the events. Hawaii embraces a casual “slippers” aka flip-flops welcome attitude.
